“ First time visitor to the town of Clear Lake and Rookies Sports Bar. It was very busy with lots of people watching the Iowa basketball game. The servers were busy but did a good job keeping up. Beer selection was pretty good. I had a burger which was excellent and fries that were decent. Everyone I met was friendly and polite. I’d go back in case I stay in town again. ”
“ Open tables when we walked in and the service was fantastic. Our waitress was attentive and our food came out very quickly. We visited in the middle of the day at 1:30 with a party of 7. I had the French dip with a side of delicious cheese balls (the ranch is a must if you come (that's pretty important for southerners)). Burgers were also enjoyed around our table. My husband said they have a delicious charbroiled flavor. Our kids loved playing pool at the pool tables while we were there. ”
